Welcome to our shipping policy and information page. Here you will find all the additional and fine detail information regarding the shipping and handling process when ordering with us. Please read through this carefully before placing an order.



 A large portion of Anvil Tactical is UK based. This means that we hold stock locally in the UK (England) and most of our innovation work such as the Zap products are all UK produced. When you purchase an item that is one of our UK deliveries, you will have options for a standard free service which equates to Royal Mail 2nd Class and roughly takes 2-5 days, and then there is the premium service which will cost a little bit extra and will be sent as Royal Mail 1st Class and usually takes 1-3 days. Be warned that by purchasing the premium service it does not entitle you to tracking or a faster dispatch time, it is simply a faster method in the postal system.


If the item you are ordering says "Anvil International Delivery items 🌍" this means that the item is being posted to you from overseas. In the item descriptions we will always try to give an estimated delivery time. With any international delivery items it can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks for an item to arrive to you. On average it takes around 2 weeks but due to the nature of the goods we are selling they are liable to being held up and checked at customs which can add significant amounts of time to an order. This can increase delivery to up to 5 weeks, at which point we will be expecting to start looking at issuing a refund.


Customs and import taxes are your own responsibility. Please keep this in mind when ordering items from our store and be sure to keep in mind your order value and check if it is an Anvil International Delivery prior to purchase. Also remain aware of your country’s fees for importing goods. To clarify, Anvil Tactical is not responsible for any customs or duty fees as a result of goods costing over the limit for item imports.


Anvil Tactical Airsoft is split in to UK and International Postage points. What this means is that some items from our store are stocked in the UK, and some are stocked internationally. When you are placing an order you can check if the product you are ordering are one of the "Anvil International Delivery items 🌍" or if it is ready for UK dispatch.

 Shipping problems

If the buyer wants to request a refund after the item has been dispatched it will be denied. We cannot issue a refund for something in transit. If eligible the buyer can choose to return the item once delivered.

We ask that all buyers check the description of the items they plan to order and check whether it is a UK or Anvil international shipping item prior to purchase. Shipping times are stated clearly in the item descriptions.


We take good care to ensure that our items are dispatched safely and securely using traditional secure packing methods.
