Airsoft is a sport. Not a game. If you can get injured, pull muscles and hurt yourself like in a sport then you should take every preventative measure possible to avoid injury and optimise your body to perform at its peak. By getting stronger, fitter and in general becoming more athletic you will be able to achieve the best of both worlds. Conditioned muscles and body that will withstand strain and fatigue much better will result in less injuries and chance of an accident, and having a body like that will also make you faster and stronger so your battlefield performance will be increased. It’s a win win! 

However knowing what the right exercises and amount for training are can be tough. That’s why we hire trainers and people who know a lot about the subject to help us through it. That’s why we created Airsoft Fit. We collaborated with a certified Physical Trainer and owner of a Fitness company in Singapore to create the perfect training sessions for Airsofters. We ran polls, asked questions and got all the information on what hurts, what needs work from hundreds of Airsofters and we tailored our 3 programs to their needs.

We made 3 programs to suit all the needs of Airsofters. No matter where you are, you can do one of these programs. These consist of a gym based program, an outdoor based program and a bid weight program. All of them are optimised to make you (the Airsofter) a better player and ultimately safer on the field. 

We also created a perfect warm up routine that activates all the key muscles that will be under stress in games and switches them to battle mode. This is 100% free and comes with all programs or by itself. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THIS!


PROGRAM DETAILS: Each program has been given 3 days of different sessions, and 3 separate difficulty levels to align with your current fitness level. We created the programs according to information passed by the Airsoft community. You are responsible for maintaining good form and never attempt an exercise that isn’t right for you or your health.

He is also the owner and founder of STRENGTH.CORP SG, a fitness company based in Singapore, providing Online Coaching Services, Training & Meal Plans and Training Accessories. Donovan runs the @strength.corp Instagram page, his brain child which aims to deliver well-researched and science supported fitness content through entertaining and easy-to-understand infographics.

Over the course of running his business, Donovan has integrated his technical skills from his engineering background to build his own coaching system, specific to the needs of a personal trainer. Among the many functions in the system, one of it is an in-built exercise and food library, which allows ease of data analysis and planning of workouts and nutrition. This is an asset to any busy trainer out there who yearns for a faster workflow.
